Our fees are based on the cost per year for our service, there are no hidden extras. We are not VAT registered so our below prices are exactly what you will pay.

If we complete the bookkeeping for you during the year we will honour a 25% reduction in the above fees as we will have gained a strong knowledge of your business during our bookkeeping work and this will reduce the time needed.
The above fees will include preparation of full accounts for filing at HMRC, abbreviated accounts for filing at Companies House and preparation of the CT600 corporation tax return for filing at HMRC but bookkeeping fees are quoted separately below.

Our fees for preparing and submitting VAT returns are charged at £75 per return. This fee is reduced to £50 per return if we complete the bookkeeping for you.
As part of our bookkeeping process, we also offer a free summary each quarter which will give you all the key numbers on one sheet such as sales, profit, provisional corporation tax due based on the profit, dividends available, directors loan account balance amongst other things.

We offer a reasonable amount of support and advice in our above fees which means that you should never worry about contacting us, no question is too small!
Of course, to keep our fees low we require that your records are in good order and the information provided by you is accurate and provided in a timely manner.
If your records are in poor order then we may look to charge additional fees to bring them up to standard. Please feel free to contact us if this is a concern.
If work is needed that is outside of our original quote then we will always contact you before work commences to discuss with you any additional fees that maybe charged.
Our guarantee to you is that we will never spring surprise bills on you. If you aren't aware of any additional charge before the work commences then we will complete it for free!
For annual fees over £500, we prefer to receive payment by monthly direct debit to spread the cost. We find our clients appreciate smaller payments through out the year rather than one big bill once a year.
For annual fees under £500, we will raise invoices for our fees after the 1st draft is complete. We will then work with you so that you understand the numbers completely and are happy. We would expect to receive payment once final submission has been completed.
